Thies person called me to offer personal loan Rs 150000 and demanded me Rs 2000 prossasing charges, 10500 Rs. Stomp duty charge, 15500 Rs .rtgs charge and NOC charge Rs.20500 total 48500 Rs. .I have payed him total amount but till date they have not gave me the loan amount. Please sir help me
