I ordered a cake from them on 12th July for Navi Mumbai location selecting a cake shop from the same locality. Due to their system glitch the order was routed to some other shop from a different locality, who upfrontly denied delivering to Navi Mumbai. I spoke to the customer care about it and they promised that the amount would be credited back as it was some error. Its almost past half month that I am following up with them and they are very clever in giving jazz in every other mail that they write to me. I would want my money 330 rupees credited to me asap.
