Today i have ordered 2 times with Order no. 4047171280 and 4045199589 and 2 times I have given instructions, but both the times Zomato people didn’t followed them.
I raised a issue but there executive where not at all interested in listening to me rather saying sorry for everything.
I am very much unhappy because 1st order it okay i would say i will accept there sorry.
But why should i accept again in the same day.
Even after mentioning and telling to your people about instructions.
If they don’t like the instructions they would have said it is not there please cancel your order i would have decided what to do.
i asked them to repay my amount back as refund, but they are not interested at all in my issue, they stopped replying me,
so i thought of raising this issue.
please see the SS which i requested to follow in my food, and see there chat reply without my reply they close the issue.
