Hi sir my name is Bablu Ram. My contact number is 9418105219. My mail I’d is Babluram049@gmail.com . My complaint is related zomato services. Whatever is my issue I have already mail to him and issue and mail I was paste you..24th May after 8pm I have placed order from hotel Empire by your app.
after placing the order I have chat with Zomato chat and ask to him I have 2000 rupees and ask that delivery boy get changed and they replied same for me finally when the delivery boy come they are asking for the 82 rupees they told I don’t have change is shouting in front of my house you give 82 rupees from anywhere however and take your food I can’t get back food this is your problem you will pay to 82 rupees finally they show my order delivered.
and they take get back that food order and now you have to tell me this is my fault I will place order from your app. forget about food the person delivery boy is shouting in front of my house I can’t get back your food you pay 82 rupees from anywhere f****** system and app you have to maintain there is no direct call option for you and particular hotel and that delivery boy is shouting in my house really pathetic I will take really serious action for regarding this matter .
2 days back I mailed you and you didn’t get back for that mail also there is no mail reply no call option and f****** chat option poor service really take highly action against you for this matter thank you
