Text of Complaint by Gowri G Athray:

I am ordering food from Zomato since few days. The experience has been horrible. One day i found hair stands in food and they told they don’t control food. Today, may 4th i ordered food which said 32 mins as i was too hungry but it too 1 hour. They did not understand our concern n later after long time their customer service executive promised that he will give resolution if we have any once the food is delivered but the food was soggy n cold. When i asked him to take back my food n refund my hard earned money he disconnected from chat.
