Text of Complaint by Narendra singh:

i ordered 2 items from zomato in single order and both of them were different to what i ordered. i asked zomato to refund me as it was completely their fault so they only provided refund for 1 item. for 2nd which was to be paneer roll, they gave veggie roll for which i have attached the pic they said we cant refund. and now they are just saying just write feedback thats it. every money is hard earned and well why should i bear the brunt of their mistake? why should i adjust? please ask zomato to issue me my refund.
