Image Uploaded by Abhishek Shelke:I had ordered food from zomato in march. I got bad quality of food. Which didn’t had taste and it was smelling bad. So i tried to contact zomato by app customer service, bot was replying there and it was saying to mail zomato against this issue. I mailed zomato about it they replied me in 4-5 days. And they aren’t ready for compansation or refund. I asked more time for refund and compansation as it was company or RESTURANT fault, i paid for what i ordered, there was no replace, Refund or a available customer service at a time. I was hungry and i got bad food plus zomato service was worst. I tried many times mailing them and restaurant but they ignored me.
