Text of Complaint by Sourav Shaw:

This is how Zomato steals money! First they cancelled the prepaid order without my consent, then sent the delivery boy and forced me to pay again (cash) by saying that the amount will be refunded to my account as the order is cancelled by zomato. When I tried explaining Zomato what had happened they refused to refund the amount. I’ve also sent them email along with the screenshos. I’m still waiting for their reply. Worst customer service ever!!! I want my refund at the earliest!
