Text of Complaint by Udaya Bhasker:

I have ordered an item twice bymistake in zomato and called their coustomer support and said to cancel 1 item and they cancelled 1 and said that they will refund my amount in 1 day but I didn’t received after 3 days I texted with them and they said again that they will refund in 1 day but I didn’t received and now they are not even responding for my emails and texts. Please help me. I have the screenshot of the texts
