I’ve subscribed Profit Club Card by Paying Lumpsum of Rs. 10000/- in Profit Club Card. My Card Number is 92280159629549 issued on 07/11/2021. Due to relocation, I could not entire amount throughout the year. Just before expiry of one year, I reached to hometown and visited Big Bazaar stores which was closed for business. I have submitted customer care and feedback cell of Big Bazaar to refund my full value held in Card. But am not receiving any response from the them.
