Dear Team,
Order No: 1644977078 is not delivered yet. I made this first order from zomato by around 8.50 PM and the same has committed to deliver by 9:31 PM. It is not delivered yet. I am not getting any response from the delivery boy and from the zomato customer care.
Please initiate cancellation of the order and refund the amount immediately. Also as it was my first order, I lost the promocode applied against it. Reload the same again.
Also while I called the delivery boy last time, he said to cancel the order due to an accident he met. But in the live tracking, i was able to see he was travelling in opppsite direction. May be he has done it purposefully. And i didnt get any proper response from zomato customer care yet.
Please do the needful soon. Take necessary action against delivery boy and the customer care executive.
I am still hungry..!!! Can’t express this worst experience ever… Online frauding in all sense.

What is this irresponsible behavior of delivery ? I placed order n it showed that it’s on its way and suddenly it showed that it got cancelled because no response from the there side (that is from my side ) where in I didn’t get any calls from their side and my food is cancelled when I paid them already …what about refund ? I heard we get refund once the order is cancelled no refund too! On top of it the second order delivery guy talks rude now I have to sleep without food seriously???
