Text of Complaint by Omkar Shetty:

On 14th july 2022, I order food from hotel the great dragon from Zomato App of Rs.830. I paid the money using my credit card, 1st the payment got failed deu to thier app glitch and still my money was debit debited. Then i complain to Zomato then they said to mail them. Its been 50 days still my money isnt refunded. I talked with my credit card company and they said that they have settled the payment its from Zomato end that am not getting my money, so i contacted Zomato executive on chat and call from thier app and they told me to wait as my money is in refunding process and will be refunded by the next billing cycle of my credit card that was on 4th August 2020. Its 26 aug today still no money refunded. Few on 22nd aug i again contacted Zomato executive then he said that he cant find any details as the order is old and so contact Zomato on email which i did mailed them and got reply from Zomato that they will contact me in 12hrs, been more then a day still no contact , have again mail them but no reply and now on thier app am not getting option to connect to Zomato executive too. PLEASE HELP ME !! They are just making me come behind them for refund but not refunding money. I have chats of their executive. Please help me get my money back, have been in trouble for more then month. Please make them pay.
