Image Uploaded by Vishakha:I tried to order food from Zomato …I proceeded to pay by using gpay …the ammout was 187 which got deducted from my account but status showed on app way ‘payment failed’ and my payment got stuck …I donno how to contact Zomato as no one is replying on the chat support . I need my refund asap , it’s a hard earned money and during lockdown it’s really hard for people to survive plz don’t do this failed payments …..I trusted Zomato …plz keep your costumer trust .
