Respected sir/ma’am, this complaint is regarding the failed service of the customer care authority and local technicians of Bulandshahr district(203001) of West Uttar Pradesh. We registered a complaint in the morning regarding the stopped working of our jio fibre network, we are being assured to receive help till noon but no one came, and after calling 4 times in the customer care, at last, we came to know that our problem will be addressed d the next day. This careless behaviour turned it to be of great loss to us as our children were giving exam and they couldn’t complete it on time, their studies have been affected. I would like you to address this issue as soon as possible. The service of jio team needs to be improved.
