Myself Amritha Sankar, ordered online in zomato and the order got cancelled stating the restaurant didn’t had that particular food and asked me to order with ano teen restaurant and I did the same ordered with another restaurant and later I got a call from a zomato personnel stating that second restaurant also don’t have that but the item can be replaced with some other and of which I agreed they put me through a conference call with the restaurant myself and the zomato person and I was told that I will recieve my order in 45 mins.
While I was awaiting for my order I got a call from restaurant stating my order is been cancelled by zomato and can’t get it delivered and am waiting for my food.
When I again contacted the zomato chat support , the guy named GULSHAN , inspite of checking what happened and what can be done, he was simply going on stating that we can’t deliver we can’t deliver sorry for the trouble.
When I asked if someone can contact me he told no one can contact me and there is no number in which I can also contact and when I asked him repeatedly still the response was the same iresponsibility and when I told him I will file a complaint he just replied hope they can serve me better next time:
am attaching all the zomato chat screenshots and I am extremely unhappy not that I was waiting for my food being hungry but behavior from the customer series guy
