Text of Complaint by Abhinav:

I got a call from zomato marketing team.

They provided me an offer to join zomato gold membership plan. They told me the benefits but from inside i was not convinced about their details. As i use zomato app and order food a lot So i searched little bit more. Then i found they are hiding very much from the consumers and not telling them exact information about the membership plan.

Under the plan they provide a free meal for one meal and 2 free drinks on 2 purchase of drinks but only one at a time.

Things they hide are as follows:-

1)Zomato dont tell that if you have to avail the benefit then you have to go with someone. If you go to any restaurant or bar aloan then you will not be getting benefit.

2) full. Menu of restaurants or bar is not available. Only selected items are eligible for offer. Means we have to eat as per their choice.

3) You have to first tell the restaurant that you are gold membership holder of zomato. So they can discriminate for menu.
