Few weeks back, i had ordered pizza from zomato and it didn’t get deliver due to my area my coming under the delivery area as per delivery policy. At the first place they accepted order and while delivering delivery guy called customer care regarding this and returned. We never got a single call from customer care or delivery boy. I have already shared copy of chat with customer care and recorded call details of delivery guy. In which both were pointing each other and confessed that nobody has called us. Now when i m asking for refund they are saying that coz we didnot pick call and as per their policy if someone doesn’t pick call we don’t refund. I  am sick and tired of writing multiple mails to zomato proving them proofs that i didn’t get any calls. I have customer care chat records, as well as delivery boy conversion call recording which clearly indicate issue was with for logistics and customer care asked delivery boy to return half way. Please help us as now zomato is not refunding our money.
