Text of Complaint by Neelesh:

Zomato did not deliver order even after paying first. Order was confirmed and after an hour when i started inquiring, delivery Partner said order not received and restaurant said order sent. After 1.5 hrs and several chats, Zomato agent on chat simply saying that order is being cancelled and i will get refund. Is there no responsibility of them to deliver to customer?
Also this order was part of comittment that they will deliver in a specific time. But now they are saying that because the order was not delivered at all, no extra voucher they will give. This is pure fraud as they comitted and then not delivered.
