Text of Complaint by Maria Saidepur:

I ordered food from Zomato and I cancelled it while cancelling Zomato’s replies were in such way that half of their messages gets above the screen. The only pop up I could see on my screen was do you still want to cancel so I said yes later when I scrolled down then I saw that they won’t give my money back so i immediately called the given numbers on the order to let them know that if they can’t refund me then give my food but there was no answer so i reached Zomato on email and they are denying to give my money or food now. Taking the entire amount in the name of cancellation is not right and why they didn’t pick my call when I called immediately after cancelling the order. Please help.
