Im from Udumalpet, Tirupur District.
I placed an order for pizza from AVM bakers through Zomato online platform.
I called and informed the delivery partner and provided him the guidelines how to reach my location for his benefit, but he didn’t respond and asked me we can’t deliver as per your advise in a rude way and very angry with me.
I pinned correct location from my home and gave him guidance how to come.
After delivery he behaved rudely and called many from somewhere and threatened my family.
His rude behaviour made me worried.
I need safety measures from Zomato management from the delivery partner for my family.
