I have online order food on Zomato. And agent pick the order from restaurant. After pick up the order, they have cancelled my order without my permission…I didn’t get my food and talked to customer service agent then delivery boy didn’t know where to food, finally after 1 hour discussion cancelled the order automatically. And there was no other restaurant which could order food from any other place.
So for this reason today the night remained without food. So what to do for it? If we cancel the order, they charged extra.
I am suffering without food due to Zomato Service. Who is responsible for this.
