I have ordered in zomato and the order number is 1637125114, the zomato delivered the wrong item and i showed to the delivery executive but he denied to replace and asked me to check with zomato. The zomato support just said sorry for the inconvenience caused to me and they denied to refund or replace.
I am here by attaching the ordered images and the chat images.
I want justice to the way they reacted and they way they denied to replace the item.
