On 11/09/2021, I ordered grilled chicken but I received Chicken Manchurian. However, I raised the concern as soon I open the package. But Zomato Online ordering help didn’t help me with replacement or returned my money back. This is highly unacceptable. I could have eaten Manchurian only but I am on diet hence ordered Grilled Chicken (oil free). They asked me to give reviews on restaurant page which i did but no help from there also.
I have been using Zomato from past 3-4 years and been loyal customer and i want solution to this injustice done to me.
Also the behavior of Zomato online ordering help is robotic that they tell the same thing again and again.
