I bought Airtel 4g sim recently and also recharge 1.5gb data pack. Not only that I’ve recharged 50gb as an add on pack but everything just wast when I getting data like 2g. I tried to contact Airtel costomer care but I can’t speak to the executive..All of my money and time got wasted also I’m about to loose my job (I’m doing work from home) I’m from CHENNAI but they failed to give a proper network city like chennai how can they give an internet in villages on top of that they consider themselves as a fastest network in India. In same area where I live my jio sim go till 10mbps speed.
My brother and father also have using Airtel sim they also about to give up on Airtel cause they have facing this issue for many years nothing actually fixed. Clearly Airtel fraud the customer calling they are fastest network company in india
