I experience very bad behavior from Zomato customer service person and the food delivery person today.
I ordered from 2 restaurants today in Pune from Zomato.
1 from Cake N Ballon and 2nd one from Taareef Restaurant. The delivery from cake n ballon was delivered on time at my doorstep but the delivery from Taareef Restaurant was done 1 km away
The delivery guy called me to collect the food 1 km away from my house or he said that he will cancel the order. I sent my brother to collect the food fearing that the order will be canceled and I will lose my money.
When I compliant this to your customer service he said that it was my fault to give the wrong pin location. If the pin was wrong how come the 1st guy delivered the food to my doorstep without even calling to get the correct location.
After taking the delivery from the delivery person when we opened the bag the food was spilled all over the places in the bag. It seems that the food was opened or eaten by someone.

Attached is the photo of the food that was delivered.

Apart from such a horrible experience, I was also shocked by the way Zomato customer service person spoke to me on chat making fun of me. I am really disappointed with the way I got the response from the Zomato customer service guy. The guy was trying to bully me on chat.

I had written my review on this behavior on Zomato review but they have deleted this review. Which means you can only write a good review of Zomato.
