This is to about the way zomato supervisor Sundar Singh handled my case, he was careless and negligent in his speech and was not looking into the concern, he has careless tenor and tone which reflects that he wasnt trained enough to handle customers grievances and now this made me to decide not to use zomato again and will not recommend for other also.
