Hi,

I want to file a complaint against Zomato customer service.

While placing an order in Zomato there is a column which is being provided for customers to write any instructions related to the order.

Whenever I place the order I write a number on which delivery executive to connect for address. But they always ignored and never care about instructions.

They call on registered no which remains unreachable due to network issues still they call on same no.

I wrote an email to Zomato customer service several times but they just copy paste the matter and replies. They too never bothered.

Now due to their ignorance they cancelled the order as well as they deducted my partial money.

I want you to take a strict action against Zomato company and help me to recover my losses which I have been bearing.
