Text of Complaint by Diksha Rahul Bhatkar:

I’ve been using Airtel since a year or two. I’ve recharged a package of 502/- in March. Airtel promised to provide 2GB data daily. First of all 4G network not working .

I tried contacting Airtel customer care but they didn’t answered the call saying that they are busy in some election issues. For almost 2-3 days my sim wasn’t working at all.

Finally when I called customer care saying that I’ve to Port my Vodafone number to Airtel ,they received and I told them my problem . They transferred the call to another department and asked me to issue a new sim by paying some amount.

I issued new sim for same number. And it’s not even 4 days to buy a new sim ,I’m facing the same problem. When I contact customer care they asked me to change the sim again. My daily data balance ,calls are useless even after paying money for it.

It means I’m paying for the recharge, also paying to issue new sim and thereafter I’m not getting the desired services. Even customer care’s response is quite disappointing.

I’m really so much disappointed by the services provided by Airtel. I want solution to my problem as soon as possible. Will Airtel retain my unused balance and provide good services?
