Maine ek (Order 1) Rs 425 ka order kiya jo on line payment ke liye tha lekin wo galti se cash on delivery ho gya …..
Jisko cancel krne ko Maine turant 2 min ke andar he zomato chat pe request bhi ki aur mujhe chat se suggestion di gai ki app zomato delivery boy se baat kre … Maine baat krke aur order cancel krne ko bola uske bad Maine hotel me call lgaya aur unse bhi order cancel krne ko bola ..
Fir Maine same order 40 % discount ke sath (Order 2) place kiya jo online payment Rs 324 ka tha ….
Maine chat se Order 1 ko cancel krne ko bola lekin zomato ne mera order second cancel kr diya … or mujhe 324 ki penalty lagadi aur next order pe 424 ki penalty.
My points-
1- Maine turant chat se order cancel ko bola tha
2- Maine turant delivery boy aur hotel ko bhi order cancel ko bola
3- mare order 1 ki jagah order 2 ko v zomato ne cancel kr diya
4-mai zomato ka regular customer hu
5-agar mujhe justice nhi Mila to mai zomato se service lena chodh dunga
6- mera pehle ka record bhut achcha h
