Text of Complaint by Kartik Shukla:

I have placed an order on the zomato app dated on 1st April 2024 with the online payment but it got canceled from the zomato’s end.
Now it has been 1 week and they are not refunding my amount and not even replying to my complains emails.
This is a fraud activity by Zomato and some one should take an action against the company.

Order number was 5700249320.

Please take a strict action against them as this can be happen with many other members as well.
