We ordered the food delivery from Zomato, at 8.15 pm on 26.1.2019. They delivered around 10.00 pm that too be after so much of follow up phone calls. We received only a partial order, after too much of waiting. We had contacted Zomato , but they are not willing to deliver the missed items. They are refused to give the money back for that particular food item. We have lost the money and all in my family suffered in hungry on that day. This created a mental stress for all. I want my money back. I have paid through my credit card. I want my money to be credited in my credit card only.
