Octafx is not processing my deposit neither they are refunding my money

Text of Complaint by Krishna Garach:

For trading purpose i wanted to add money in my octafx mt4 trading account. I tried depositing INR 30000/- through phonepay upi app on 1st Nov 2023 at around 7:40 pm ist, the amount got deducted from my bank account but it is not reflecting in my octafx mt4 trading account. Its been 2 days now, i have tried contacting the customer support n number of times, but all they have to say is kindly wait and be patient your funds are secured with us. Some of them says our finance team is working on it.
