Dear sir / madam
My order no. 1807744351 to my house at ambala cantt. was declined stating reason that I did not pick the call.
I was in the washroom and the service guy called me only once and there was a recording message that what shud we do with the order. when I typed a number it got disconnected.
zomato has to agree that the full address is given to them and it is their job to deliver the food to the respective home. I stay in Bangalore and due to inconvenience I order for my residence.
If the service provider is so tough and busy he should not work on this.
They deducted my amount for not taking a call although the address was very clear. Many other integrators like Amazon, Flipkart, swiggy can deliver without a phone call why only zomato service providers cant search the address.
With pain am saying that this is unreasonable and unfair to cheat customers.
Necessary action should be initiated by zomato otherwise the sustenance of the company with poor service and unfair business is not going to yield positive results.
Request zomato to immediately take action and inform the results.
