Text of Complaint by Shafat:

  • Ordered food throght Zomato
  • It was paid
  • As the phone was unreachable they cancelled the order
  • Without informing us cancelled the order
  • The delivery guy never came to our house
  • We contacted the restaurant they were ready to re deliver but they mentioned that Zomato wasn’t ready to re deliver
  • Now even after contacting Zomato they’re not refunding the amount
