Order food and 9:13 pm , the ordered is still not delivered at 10:17 pm , with delivery time promised of 45 minutes. Restaurant is saying the rider form Zomato has not arrived and Zomato app say it restaurant would deliver . Both have charged me on placement of order .
now Zomato customer care is no responsive and restaurant is saying they would deliver order after we have to shout at them ?
