I have bought last year connection from independent TV and gave them advance they took around 2 to 3 months to install that connection and after giving me connection I was told that it will all channels for free for an year  and free to air channel free for 5 years-

But now from last 3 to 4 months they have removed all HD channels , Sports Channels , English Movie Channel , and many more

And when I ask them the reason for removing channels after their commitment , they said “it’s not our policy any more after trai new rule.”

But when I read trai rule they have said your previous balance will be adjusted in new plan , but independent TV is not ready even for that

They are asking for more money to resume Channels.

I feel like I am cheated . Please look into the matter
