Please note that I have ordered trough Zomato as on 01 June 2023 and Hotel name is Chaayos chai+snacks=Relax . Please note I payed trough online for this order . My order status shows delivered but I did not get my order at 11:06 am and I was waiting for this . I am trying to connect with Zomato call Centre trough chat more then 5 times but there is no response from them . I also send them email on same day and they told me they will resolve it within 72 hours but no response from Zomato . I again register complaint and they again assure they will resolve it within 12 hours but again no response from them . I request you kindly register complaint against them regarding fake promise and order not delivered and amount not refund and harassment . It will break trust of customer and we are not able to order again online because of fake and fraud by them
