My order was placed with payment through Gpay UPI, which got timed out. Subsequently, the order payment of Rs.846/- was debited from my bank a/c but the order was mentioned as cancelled in zepto app. Since then, we have tried several ways to get the refund from zepto – raised a dispute with the bank, chatted with customer care on zepto app, but each time they are refusing to acknowledge credit of my money into the zepto A/c or debit of the payment in my bank A/C. Even after 1 month, Zepto customer care is trying every possible way to avoid refund.
