Wrong replacement product sent and even after cimplaining so many times they are forcing their decision on me of not replacing the produc or refunding my money

I purchased a smart watch from fireboltt website and received the product too and after a month my smartwatch stopped working and then i went to their service centre where they told that your watch will get replaced withing 15-20 days and you will recieve the product at your door and after the product delivered they didnt sent me the same product which i bought and even after complaining about this so many times they redelivered the the lower model product i purchased watch for rs2000 and after complaining it about many several times they sent me a watch which is of lower price and lower model product and even complaining about this they are forcing their decision on me of not replacing or refunding my money back. I am literally fed of this company and their customer dealing ethics. They are worse in dealing with their customers. How can they force their decision on me its my hard earned money which they have destroyed. I am not going to buy anything from fireboltt again ever iny life as they have not taken care of my trust with them as a Good organisation. I want my hard earned money back from this fraud company.
