Text of Complaint by Sakthivel Jeyarajan:

I ordered from Zepto however i received call from delivery center stating items ordered currently not available and asked me to cancel if i need exact items or they can give whichever is available so i requested for cancel and refund my amount, refund been initiated from them as it’s showing in the ap but not get received in my source account, in same attempt i got my 69refund within few minutes seems to be Zepto purposely keeping the customer money and utilising for their 3days of time i their account
