E-mail subject with Yatra.com: RE:’YA:29743800′ CDXDFGVCJVCHGFJHNB30-Domestic Hotels – Refunds – Refunds – Complaint

I made a hotel booking on 14th December 2021 which did not go through due to a technical issue on Yatra app but the amount of 6510 INR was deducted from my account. I made the booking again and it was successful on my second attempt. Although, the amount of 6510 INR deducted on the unsuccessful booking has not been refunded. I have been communicating with the Yatra.com team over e-mail as their customer service over the phone is not responding. Yatra has been assuring me every time that they will take 24 hours more to trace the transaction. It never takes this long to trace a transaction and provide a refund. It has already been 4 days and they have not been able to trace the transaction and give a standard reply of ’24 hours more’. Please help in the same.
