www.amazon.in – my account for purchase any material from amazon side is blocked without any written notice –
1. Currently i am holding defective product received from amazon and i am not able to return
2. Currently in my account i have some amazon gift money balance which is i am not able to use.
3. i am not able to view download invoice / warranty details of my previous purchased product from amazon.in
Without any written notice amazon.in my account is blocked and i am not able to view any my already product details.
Please help me in this case to restore my account and able to Ancash my amazon pay balance.
