Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about Online Food Ordering
The issue that I have experienced was: After being a customer since 2014 today’s incident has made me rethink using your services in the near future. The customer support executives simply mishandled my situation.
I had made an order from Burger KInd acropolis (id: 115738369943), they made me wait for more than an hour when I approached the customer care executive he simply made a false promise of refunding my amount but never initiated it! He made me cancel my order and assured me a refund is in place. I have attached the screenshots as well as evidence.
I spoke to another customer care executive who simply denied that the previous chat existed in their record in the first place.
It occurred on: 26/09/2021
Request you to refund the exact amount of Rs.449 for the distress that I have been caused through the whole ordeal. I never agreed to the cancellation in the first place so the refund amount should be processed immediately.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
