Dear Sir/Mam,
on 3rd of august i recharge my phone with 398Rs which has a validity of 84 days but after the recharge i got 70 days validity, then i called customer care executive they said it’s system fault they will change it and call me back after 2 days they called me said changes were made please check in your mobile, i checked but it still showing same 70 days so i called again to enquire about it they said there is no offer for 84 days, but on my phone at *121# it still showing the same offer like it was showing on 3rd august. Now they are denying it, i have all the calls recording about this so please help me out
