Hello sir.
My name is Saurabh Narain and by profession I am Advocate in the High Court Lucknow. I want to present my complaint before you. The matter is that I had placed an order of IDEE company sunglasses from Flipkart on 07/03/2023 and the order number od 32750344885194100 was issued. The total cost of the product was Rs.1299. I had made online payment of Rs.1234 through my paytm wallet along with 65 coins of super coin totaling Rs.1299. The offer on Flipkart was showing that customers will get Rs.100/- cashback on this order in Paytm wallet while paying through Paytm. I want to inform you that I have not received any cashback of Rs.100 after paying through Paytm . Sir on 10/03/2023 I canceled my order and on this canceled order flipkart issued me refund of Rs.1134/- only with a note that Rs.100/- has been adjusted in paytm cashback whereas I did not receive any cashback of Rs.100 on this order. I also contacted your Twitter account regarding my complaint but your executives have not helped me. I have full faith in the service of Flipkart but flipkart disappointed me a lot by issuing such a wrong refund. I request you to take cognizance of my complaint and kindly give instructions to refund my exact amount rs.1234/-.
