Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention a wrong recharge that I recently made through your platform. My mobile number is 9593996449 and I mistakenly recharged the number 7768947698 for an amount of 99 via UPI transaction ID 343380401818.
I request you to kindly reverse this transaction and credit the amount of 99 back to my account as soon as possible. I apologize for any inconvenience caused due to my mistake.
Please let me know if any additional information is required from my end to initiate this process.
