I had seen an ad of themegamart on Facebook which showed Milton 1000 ml each (2 bottles) for Rs. 1,099/-. I placed an order which was confirmed by them through email. I opted for COD payment but when I received the parcel (through Ekart logistics) on 21st Jan. 2020, it contained chinese make vacuum flasks of 500 ml each (2 nos.) instead of Milton make as advertised.
I have been calling them since 22nd on mobile no. 8447215464 which is mentioned on the parcel box. But the number shows either ‘busy’ or ‘switched off’. I sent an email on 22nd Jan. seeking full money refund to help@themegamart.co.in which is the same id from where I had received an email for order confirmation earlier. But my mail was not delivered and so I sent another email on 26th Jan which also returned.
Their site has no official postal address, email address or phone number. This seems to be a fraud company selling fake products and I wonder how they managed to advertise on Facebook.
I request you to kindly initiate action and help me to get my money back at the earliest.
