I ordered a pair of cargo pants from this company site named so called FRENZY DEALS and was supposed receive my package on 4th October 2023 and I received it in the evening of previous day being left completely devastated by the package. They have a refund policy where instead of a number they have provided just this mail CARE.FUSIONOFBRANDS@GMAIL.COM and I dropped my mail here but there’s no response yet. They instead of cargo pants sent me which looks like a used/worn jeans and other jeans torn having no zip. The sales persisting on their website looks fascinating, which is useless in comparison to the package they sent. They took an outstanding unnecessary rupees 899/- for the duplicate pair of things which was delivered by third party courier service amazon shipping which has no hand in their fraud company and fraud offers and fraud products. I request you to please get hold of this so-called frenzy deals company owners and take strict actions, ask them to return my money on any circumstances which was COD (Cash on Delivery) method and take away the pathetic torn jeans from my shipping address.
