short brief
I ordered HP 250 G8 Laptop on the 2nd February 2022 wherein I paid INR 41,799 via online transaction.
On the 7th February 2022, I received a USB adapter instead of an HP 250 G8 laptop.
Which is a ridiculous service from a trusted online platform like “Amazon”
The moment I received the wrong product I filed a complaint with the customer service agent and requested for refund and spoke to the customer agent about the wrong product shipment.
Post that the customer agent team requested for three days time to investigate the issue…
After three days I received a response from customer agent team and they confirmed that the wrong product was delivered on 7th February 2022.
They promised and mentioned the issue will be rectified by picking up the USB adapter and post pick up refund will be initiated .
As per the process the delivery agent arrived 12th of February to pick up the wrong product which was delivered on 7th February 2022.
The worst and most sad part was the delivery agent refused to pick up the USB adapter and started arguing stating that he is here to pick up the HP LAPTOP for the refunds request.

I would like to highlight one thing here…I have not received a product which I placed an order on 2nd Feb in return I received the wrong product wherein I have paid the full amount of the laptop..
It’s been 10 days back n forth they are not resolving the issue by picking up the wrong product and initiating the refund.
I lost trust in Amazon service and the way they are handling my concern is pathetic.
The second time pickup request was raised on the 12th they promise it will be picked up on the 16th Feb 2022… Sad but truth same old story continued the delivery agent refused stating that he is here to pick up the HP laptop.
I spoke to customer agent and explained about the refusal of the product pick up from the delivery agent.
However in return they have sent an email the same has been attached for you reference .
For the third time I requested for the wrong product pick up and they scheduled on 17th Feb 2022.
Today I was waiting to return the USB adapter the most frustrating part is delivery agent refused I did even show the email which I had received from Customer service agent .the delivery agent guy was demanding for the HP LAPTOP.

I’m a working professional not here to keep chasing for the foolish mistake that happened from the Amazon customer service they are not handling my concern in a professional manner which is very disappointing and disheartening.

However I have been contacting customer service for the past 10 days, But I am not getting the proper communication and response from the delivery agent.

This is the way you are treating your customers?

If a person is following up regularly with proper process you guys are horrible in handling the customer concerns and issue not providing a resolution?

I had a very good feedback about Amazon. Now you people are proving that its very worst.

I requested a wrong product pick up more than 3 times in span of 5 days no proper response nor they resolving my issue from customer service .

Every day following this issue is my big task you guys are unprofessional and incapable with dealing the issue .

If not i will go to consumer court.

Note:I am expecting the USB adopter to be picked up in a day time and a refund has to be made in two days .

I need a refund asap and callback with a solution.
