Text of Complaint by Sayyed Abdul Khalil:

I have got a wrong product on Amazon, when I contacted Amazon and requested for replacement they said it is done and the Delivery agent didn’t deliver the product and returned it to seller stating that verification failed however the agent never came to our location when we contacted the agent on the number provided by Amazon he said that my location address was not traceable . When contacted Amazon they said it is their fault but they will not replace the product as replacement is only possible once and they cannot request for replacement again and again and asked us to take a refund and now the rate has increased when said why should I bare the loss to which amazon agent says they why should amazon bare the loss.
